The experience was good in the start but as an x nail tech I'm extremely disappointed with how the shop conducts business there's no excuse as to why soap and water destroys my entire top coat that was cured for 2 minutes under a UV light I had to go back yesterday to get them to fix it and it literally lasted less than 24 hours again because simple washing my hands with soap and water has destroyed it and when I called and talked to the text she said she had no idea really what I was talking about and just fixed it for me to please me and doesn't see the difference in the nails but you can clearly see that the black tips are no longer shiny my nails don't have shine and you can see that there is a matte finish now wouldn't recommend.

Literally love coming here to get my pedicures, nails and eyebrows done . The best salon in the High Point area. Great customer service very clean and they definitely take their time and do not rush on your services.

The owner Jarna was super friendly and professional. Prices were reasonable! She took her time and did a great job with my gel pedicure, acrylic tip removal and gel manicure. This was my first time getting my real nails done and they look like tips! She had great conversation and was super funny. I will be back and I highly recommend to others!
